Anyone who knows S Evans & Sons Ltd well knows we’re a fast-paced business, and 2024 was no exception.

We mobilised 110 projects across the UK, from demolishing railway and motorway bridges to dismantling cranes and clearing vast industrial sites. These projects involved a hefty 114,968 hours on site and saw us send more than 30,000 tonnes of waste for recycling.

 That’s a lot of projects and operational hours; unsurprisingly, it represents a lot of road miles too. Our teams and equipment travelled 463,353 km throughout 2024.  We even received some great pictures from the public, who spotted our equipment on-site around the UK.

This volume of highly specialised work wouldn’t be possible without continual investment in our people, plant and equipment. So, last year, we invested £750k to keep our teams highly trained, well-equipped and fully supported.

We’re especially proud that our commitment to health and safety remains resolute. We did not make any RIDDOR reports in 2024 – a standard we intend to keep. Plus, we have a 93% satisfaction score from clients.
