Factory Plant Demolition

Demolition of Hanson Cement’s redundant heavy plant machinery at the Ribblesdale Cement Works in Clitheroe, required an exacting approach from our team.

With machinery reaching a height of more than 40 meters, the project required extensive planning and called on techniques such as hot works, mechanical high-reach demolition, heavy crane lifts and critical working-at-height safety monitoring.

The project was carried out safely, efficiently and ahead of schedule. Our experience in this field shone through and we have been recommended for work at other Hanson Cement plants.
